Probably the most important thing I can include in my bio is that I really like my job. I regard myself as having a very high level of integrity and I work hard to find my clients the home they want to purchase, not the house I want to sell.
I have owned investment property in Naples for over 20 years and know a lot of the ins and outs of renting seasonal homes. I have been a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts for over 19 years and have been a licensed real estate agent in Florida since 1991. I have been with Sun Realty since 2004 and, for the past two years, out of 360 agents, have been their number 2 overall agent.
My wife and I are originally from California, have lived in Germany, Arizona, Minnesota and moved to Naples from Massachusetts. Real estate is my full time job and I find time to volunteer as a coach for Special Olympics as well as being a member of the Collier County Special Olympics management team. I am on the board of directors of Lely Country Club and the Naples Certified International Property Specialist organizations and serve as treasurer of both. I am also actively involved with my golf country club and sit on a number of committees.
I am proud to be among the less than 1% of all the Real Estate agents in Southwest Florida who have been selected 4 years in a row as a “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Agent” by Gulfshore Life magazine.
